Chocolate comes from a plant, like the one some of our silviculturists (tree farmers) are looking at in the image below. It’s a bean. Imagine—chocolate comes from a bean. Who would have guessed? I wonder how many of the products that we touch and use each day come from plants.
Try this activity. Think about your average day. What are some ways plants are involved? Chew on that question for a while. I think I'll chew on some more chocolate. You will see this question again really soon. Continue this activity on the BioVenture tab.
