Time to ReflectTo be in the Plant Kingdom, an organism must meet certain criteria. It must have a eukaryote-type cell with a cell wall made up of the starch called cellulose. In addition, most plants have three basic parts—roots, stems, and leaves. Each of these parts has a special job to perform to help the plant survive.
