The quiz module enables teachers to create online quizzes with a wide range of question types and overall options. Online quizzes can be designed to give students immediate feedback about their performance.
Among other options, questions and/or multiple choice answers can be shuffled. Students can be restricted to one attempt at a quiz or given many opportunities. The final quiz score can then be based on an average of the scores over many attempts or the score can be based on the first attempt, last attempt, or best result. Teachers can also provide access to feedback immediately after the quiz or only after the quizzing window, set by the teacher, has closed.
