Career Path

For my career path I would go into Criminal Psychology. That is the studies of why people commit crimes. The typical salaries for criminal psychologists can vary depending on where they work and how much experience they have. National salaries for criminal or forensic psychologists range from a low of $33,900 to a high of $103,000. Criminal and forensic psychologists working for state and local governments, private practice, companies and hospitals tended to have slightly higher average salaries, while those employed by the federal government and non-profit organizations tended to have slightly lower annual salaries. So if I wanted to have a higher income I would have to work for the local government.

I would have to move to a larger city if I want a better job. It would possibly be out of state. I would like a nice small apartment if I am living on my own and have a possible pet. Probably a half an hour or closer to my work. I want to be able to have a car and enough money to not worry about my bills or spending. I would like to pay off my schooling within a few years and not worry about that either. After a few years at work id hope to get married have kids and still enjoy my job. Until I retire. I don’t have my entire life figured out but I hope to do something that I enjoy and decide on what I’m doing with my life when I’m older. Till then this is just the basic plan.

For my dream, which doesn't seem like much, I want to be a stay at home mom or a home maker. This allows me to stay home with my children and raise them how i want them to be raised. I am not sending them to a day care or child care place when i will be at home and have not much to do. Being a home maker ' make money but what it does make is love and that is all i care about. I want my children to have a great life and a nice home and not be pulled and shoved around like i was when i was younger. I will get a job eventually when my kids get to high school and can take care of themselves a little more but until them i will stay at home with my family and be a great mother and wife. Also, the benefit with this is that i can live where ever i want. Yes, i will have to live in a place close to my husband’s job but other than that it doesn’t matter the house size or where it is located. Being a homemaker makes me happy and that is what my dream truly is.
